Kamila is an experienced marketing manager with a long track record in the marketing of professional services, covering legal, tax, audit and advisory sectors, as well as managing business development and innovations within organisations. Her work experience includes heading teams of marketing and PR specialists at leading companies such as Deloitte- where she was responsible for both marketing and creating the business development team, and RSM Poland and Harvard Business Review. A supporter of diversity initiatives, Kamila is also the founder of the Women in Law Foundation, the first Polish organisation promoting female lawyers.
Kamila is also the first certified translator of Catalonian in Poland and an avid ski instructor.
PR & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
A journalist with many years of experience and a 13-year business affiliation with the Polish Radio and “Trójka”. At first, Ksenia worked for the regional broadcasting station in Łódź, creating broadcasts on economic topics, and later working for the Polish Radio in Warsaw. Ksenia has worked as a court reporter, covering the most prominent court proceedings in the country and handling law and economy-related topics. She was also the publisher of informational broadcasts of program III of the Polish Radio and a presenter of program blocks and an online journalist. While working in Łódź, Ksenia educated students of The University of Humanities and Economics in Łódź on radio journalism. Since 2018, Ksenia acted as the spokesperson for the Polish Supreme Audit Office (NIK), fulfilling the position for 2 years. At Firemind, Ksenia is responsible for Clients’ media and communications matters within the professional services sector, including mainly legal and advisory firms.
MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER
Marcjanna is a graduate of the faculty of law and post-diploma studies for certified translators at the faculty of applied linguistics at the University of Warsaw. She began her career at a leading legal firm- White&Case, then acting as a consultant and marketing coordinator for Deloitte’s tax technology department. Specialising in marketing of the B2B sector, Marcjanna also worked for one of the largest American industrial companies, Gardner Denver, creating global campaigns for the company’s medical sector, consisting of over four brands. She is also an author of publications covering technology issues such as blockchain and VAT on cryptocurrency.
Privately, her passions include dressage, where she won the National Academic Championships and impressionist art.
Radek is an IT expert with over ten years of experience in digital marketing. He began his career in Agora SA, then transferring to the technology sector of gazeta.pl. Next, Radek spent 7 years developing start-ups in Barcelona, creating content, tools and mobile applications. His portfolio includes a wide range of skills, from graphic and content design to building websites using WordPress engine. His experience also includes organising large events such as Growth Hacking Meetup and Lean Startup Circle in Barcelona and Code for Space and SpaceHUB in Warsaw.

One woman army. Skilled multidisciplinary designer focused on branding and web design. In design she appreciates diversity, exchange of ideas and problem solving. In love with WordPress. Ula started her work path as a designer in Interia and later on worked for clients from various industries such as PWC, Les Mousquetaires, Marilyn and Coccodrillo. She was also a graphic design lecturer in Akademia Fotografii and runs a vegan bistro as a hobby and family business.
She enjoys adventures, hiking, walks in the forest, tea, quality literature, good music and modern art.
Bartek is a student at the faculty of law at the University of Warsaw and after completing his studies he plans to become an attorney. He is experienced in overseeing organisational matters at events and in graphic design.
